8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure professional quality and reliability, madhavsingh.in shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, delays, or losses arising from project execution, hosting issues, third-party software, or client content errors.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for the completed work and any ongoing efforts up to the termination date.
